The 2025 Federal Approach to DEI: Enforcement, Litigation and How to Respond

One of the strongest themes of the second Trump administration so far has been an intense focus on doing away with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) initiatives and programs. This second article in a two-part series discusses the enforcement actions and litigation that followed the DEI EOs, as well as how companies should react in this still-shifting landscape.
